Cupcake Face Painting Tutorial

I posted a cute little cupcake a few weeks ago on my facebook page and had a few tutorial requests so, here it is.

I used the following products:
Blue Tattoo Rose Arty cake (I cut it and repositioned the colors)
Poppy colorblock from Cameleon
Glimmer Red Glitter
Amerikan body art Royal blue glitter

#10 flat brush
#1 liner brush
